What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment processors, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or your PayPal balance. We also accept payment plans with Klarna.

You don’t need a Paypal account to use Paypal.

Greek-based customers can also pay with cash on delivery or wire transfer.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes and custom fees depending on the local custom regulation. Orders within the EU are not subject to customs.

How long does it take to process my order?

Items ship in 2-7 days unless otherwise mentioned in the description.

How much does it cost to ship?

Items ship with DHL, UPS or registered Air Mail. All methods include tracking.

International orders from €100 ship for free, EU from €75, Greece from €60 

Shipping for international orders below €100 costs €22 (USA & CA) - €35 (rest of the word), EU €7, Greece €5

When will l receive my order?

Greece: 3-5 days, all items ship with Geniki Taxydromiki

Europe: 8-15 days with Hellenic Post or DHL

Everywhere else: 10-20 days with Hellenic Post or DHL

These times are only an estimation based on prior experience, we cannot in any way guarantee delivery on a specific date or be held responsible for delays in the post.

How can l find the status of my order? How can I track my package?

You will receive automated emails with the status of your order. Please check your spam folder.

Click the chat button on our website and add your order number for updates.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

All items are sent with tracking and you have to personally receive your order. Please provide your phone number and monitor any delivery attempt notifications. If a package is undeliverable, you will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. 

​Do you accept returns?

You can return unused and undamaged items for resale within 14 days of receiving their package for a full refund, minus shipping fees.

You are responsible for return shipping charges (we strongly advise on using tracking).

If you prefer to use our return service a flat rate €22 return fee applies, €10 for Greece.

Sales of earrings, discounted, and custom-made items are final.

No returns or refunds are available after 14 days.

Unclaimed items can be resent with additional shipping fees or exchanged for store credit only.

You are responsible for customs duty on returns from non-EU countries, and lost or stolen packages are not the store's responsibility. 

How do refunds work?

Once we receive the items and find them to be intact we will process the refund minus the shipping charge if applicable in 1-2 business days.

What if I want to cancel/change my mind?

You can cancel/edit your order within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped.

Sizing & Product Care

How does sizing work?

Our espadrilles run true to size, we recommend you buy your normal size unless otherwise mentioned in the description. For more details please consult our Find Your Size page

How can l take care of my items?

Bags & Shoes: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not wash or dry clean

Jewelry: Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, creams etc. Avoid prolonged contact with water (swimming, showering etc). Gently wipe with a soft cloth to maintain good condition.

Clothing:

Follow the care instructions on the label.

Where are you located & where do you ship from?

We are located in Greece on the island of Amorgos. Items ship from our workshop in Amorgos, except for Print-on-demand items that ship from our partner in France unless otherwise mentioned in the description.

Do you offer custom orders?
