Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

EU customers: 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to request a return or exchange.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and include the sales receipt otherwise your return will be declined.

If you decide to return the items using our service there is a flat rate of 18€ fee.

You are welcome to use the shipping carrier of your choice but please use a trackable service as we cannot process a refund or exchange if an item is lost in the mail. 

Returns from countries outside the European Union (EU):

When you return your item(s) from a non-EU country, it will be your responsibility to cover the customs duty. Please inquire at your post office for a pre-paid customs label. Failure to pay the customs duty will result in the package being held at customs and not delivered to us. Consequently, we will be unable to proceed with your refund.

 Returns:

Once we receive the items and find them to be intact we will process the refund minus the shipping charge if applicable in 1-2 business days.
For an exchange, you will have to place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering.

All sales are final for discounted and custom-made items so please purchase mindfully. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted after the 14-day period. All items MUST include the original sales receipt to qualify for a refund.

Unclaimed items that are returned to us can be resent to you (you will be responsible for any shipping fees) or can be exchanged for store credit only. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed packages.

The above policies apply to products purchased directly from our store. For purchases through our retailers, please contact the retailer.
